General conditions

Each reservation is considered independent from all others.
The Cancellation Policy applies individually to each reservation.
The Cancellation Policy applies to all values charged.

For Guests

T.Cover Cancellation | Guarantee

A set of services, coverage, measures, and customer benefits that act as a guarantee and standard of service.

Change your mind is OK : Cancel within 24h of booking for a full refund.

Booking Protection : If host cancel a reservation you get a full refund (100%).

All listings and hosts are real : See item Checked in Services.

Repairs : In case of an unlikely issue with the home we’ll sort it out by talking to the host and agreeing a course of action.

All users are verified : with profile photo, email, phone number and ID.

Guest Cancellation, Other cases

Each property has one of the following policies, selected by the host, which applies to its bookings.

> Flexible

Cancel up to 15 days before check-in : full refund *

Cancel with 14 or less days to check-in : No refund **

* Service fee + vat is not refundable, unless its within 24h of booking

** Does not apply to the deposit, which is always returned in full

> Moderate

Cancel up to 30 days before check-in : full refund *

Cancel between 15 to 29 days to check-in : 50% refund **

Cancel with 14 or less days to check-in : No refund **

** Does not apply to the deposit, which is always returned in full

Clarification about the Deposit

The deposit is always returned in full in case of a cancellation. 

Credits

For guests only

If your booking is cancelled we give you a Credit (online refund).

Credit value: The credit given to you is the amount you are entitled to, according to our Cancellation Policy. The credit corresponds to your refund. You can use it immediately in your next booking.

It’s added to your dashboard typically within 1 day. See Dashboard / Credits.

For Hosts

For each of your listings select the policy you want.
Hosts can cancel bookings without a penalty (use wisely) *

In case of cancellation by the guest, the amount not refunded to the guest is transferred to the host minus host fee + vat.

Please note: the deposit is always returned in full to the guest.

* Cancelling reservations may cause your listings to be ranked lower in listing presentation and search results.

For cancelled bookings, you get a credit. Use it on your next booking.
