For Guests
Credits
A Credit is an Online Refund.
If your booking is cancelled we give you a Credit.
The Credit is added to your Dashboard typically within a few hours. See Dashboard / Credits.
Credit value: The Credit given to you is the amount you are entitled to, according to our Cancellation Policy. The Credit corresponds to your refund. We add also a brief comment on how the calculations were done.
You can use it immediately in your next booking. You don’t have to do anything, it will appear in the calculations of your next booking request.
> If the new reservation is of a higher value, you simply pay the difference.
> If the new reservation is of a lower value, the difference will remain as a Credit.
For any Credit you have, you can ask us at any time for a refund (transfer to your account) and we do it within 1 or 2 days.
Conditions: Credit calculation is per reservation. Each reservation is considered independent from all others.
Refunds
To get your refund:
1. In Dashboard / Profile, fill tab Payment Method or send us an email with your banking details.
2. In Dashboard / Credits.
First we give you a credit. See it here.
3. Once you have a Credit, click button Request Refund (it appears once there’s a credit) to request your refund. Within a few days, it’s done.
Refund value: The Refund will be the same value as your current Credit.
For Hosts

To get your payment or refund:
1. In Dashboard / Profile, fill tab Payment Method or send us an email with your banking details.
2. We make your payment according to our process. If there’s any refund required, please get in touch with us.
