Disable Bookings after x days
Brief explanation
In Brief
This feature allows you to do a simple blocking of the calendar. Two options available:
1. No : No restrictions on reservations or on the calendar. Receive many bookings throughout the year. This setting is what you want 98% of the time.
2. Yes (+ Enter the ‘Number of days’) : With this setting, the Calendar will only accept bookings if the start date is within ‘Number of days’ from today. This window will be marked green in the Calendar. Bookings with a later start date are not accepted.
When should you use strategy 2?
Here’s some examples:
For example, if you want to rent mid or long-term and you only want to receive bookings if they start soon (within ‘Number of days’).
Or, if your calendar is already booked from a certain point in time but you have a free period in the next days or months. So, by using this feature you only accept bookings in this period, which will indicate clearly to guests that this is your focus.

You can change the configuration of this feature as and when you want, and use it to your advantage according to the occupancy and free periods in your calendar.
