Book a home in 2 or 4 easy steps

Before booking a home
Register with Tren-di. Then, complete your Profile :
> In Dashboard / Profile: Add profile photo & fill Information section. A good Bio will help your bookings getting approved.
> In Verifications : Verify your email address ; Add your phone number ; Upload your ID.
When done your profile indicates 100%. You can now book a home.
Instant Booking or Request to Book.
The host will define if Instant booking is allowed.
Only 2 steps:
1 – Search and select a home
2 – Payment
Then simply send a message to the host.
Request to Book
1. Search and select a home
Find all the information you need in each listing.
In our process there are no in-person visits. Some listings may have video tours.
The host may ask for ID for example. Submit your documents when doing a booking request.
2. Make a booking request
Bookings are done in the listing page, in the booking sidebar.
To make a booking, simply specify your period of stay, add number of guests, introduce yourself to the host (ask any question you have), add required documents if requested by the host (document guide in here). Click Request.
Now just wait. The property is blocked until reply. The host has up to 48h to reply. You won’t be charged yet.
3. Approval and payment
Once host approves the booking, you have 24h to make payment. We recommend immediate payment to secure the property.
If you are booking per-night, you pay the total for the period.
If you are booking per-month, independently of your booked period, you pay only the first month.
The deposit is paid with your booking and remains with Tren-di (for greater security it’s not given to the host), except if it’s a long term rental, where it makes sense that the host handles the deposit. You get it back at the end of your stay, assuming no property damages.
Once paid your reservation is Booked. You are all set.
For bookings beyond 1 month, a lease template is provided after payment, to be signed at check-in.
Use our messaging system to be in touch with the host. At a later point we make available the contacts of both parties.
Meet your host and get a home tour. Clarify any question and any regulations to comply with. Enjoy a good moment.
Receive your keys.
For stays longer than 1 month, both parties will sign the lease agreement.
We’ll call you soon after to confirm all went smoothly with check-in and all is well.
