The bright living room features a TV and a comfy sofa bed, where you can relax and watch your favorite shows after a long day exploring the city, and a dining table with two chairs. The area features a large window that lets in a lot of natural sun lighting that brightens up the space and leads onto a balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and an electrical stove. You can also find cutleries and cookware that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.
The cozy bedroom is equipped with a double bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night’s rest and multiple storage spaces.
The large bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Prior to your arrival, we will send you check-in options and where to collect the keys. Please note that check-in at the property with an agent has a cost of € 10, subject to availability.
For first time use, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish detergent and garbage bag. If you need extra cleaning or linen, please let us know, we will be happy to arrange it for an additional charge
There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. Should our staff find any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ashes, etc.)
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use of utilities policy will apply with a limit of €100 included.

Also a great place to enjoy some of Lisbon's other popular activities, such as taking a ride on the city's famous yellow tram, shopping in the Rua Augusta, and enjoying the stunning views from the Miradouro da Graça. LXFactory is a must-visit for anyone interested in art, culture, and history. It has unique restaurants, bars and shops.
