Welcome!
Spacious, modern apartment with light-coloured wooden floors in the heart of Lisbon. Settled along a busy, commercial street with charming cobble-stoned lined roads. My home is just 12-minutes away by foot from Parque Eduardo VII, and is 30-minutes away by bus from the historical neighbourhoods of Barrio Alto and Alfama.
Comprised of one-bedroom with a queen-size bed lined in hotel quality linens to ensure a good night’s rest. The apartment has an open floor plan and comes fully furnished with all the necessities and luxuries needed to make yourself at home throughout the duration of your stay in Lisbon. These include a kitchen that’s equipped with all the utensils and crockery needed to cook yourself a meal; a coffee machine is also available at your disposal to enjoy.
Further in, you’ll find a 4-person dining table, a large couch in the lounge area, and a smart TV connected to streaming services such as Amazon Prime and Netflix; please note, the couch can be utilised as a bed to fit an additional guest. The sliding glass-door next to the lounge opens to a private balcony that overlooks the street in front of the building.
The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost for your own personal convience.
Cleaning and sanitisation will be provided before your anticipated arrival.

Your check will be arranged with a greeter at the property . Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

Conveniently located in a neighbourhood popular with tourists and visitors. The building is close to a variety of eateries, tourist attractions, and hotels. Some of the attractions nearby include Parque Eduardo VII and the Outsider Art Museum. The stations Picoas (6 minutes walk) and Parque (12 minutes walk) are also close by.
Getting around
Metro stations Picoas (6 minutes walk) and Parque (12 minutes walk) are close to the apartment. Lisbon International Airport is just a 6-minute drive by car. Taxis and services like UBER are also available to download in Lisbon.
