Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30. Fees to be paid upon arrival.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 150€ included.

Neighbourhood
Anjos
Anjos is considered the coolest neighbourhood in Lisbon.
Once you get there, you understand why. The place is buzzing with new trendy coffee shops, restaurants and bistros, vinyl and cd shops, old-and-new side by side like a dystopian picture that in reality is so cool.
In addition, the neighborhood is calm, safe and it is located right next to one of the main avenues of Lisbon. Near the apartment, you can find a big offer of local commerce, restaurants, coffees and leisure places. In a short walk you can reach Restauradores, Rossio, Baixa, Chiado and Alfama.
Getting around
Many places in Lisbon are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:
- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest Metro stop: Anjos (VD line): (2min walking)
To come from the airport is quite easy, just take the metro, change to the green line at Alameda station, get off at Intendente station and walk a few minutes to the apartment taking a total of about 25 minutes.
