The House will complement the experience due to its high spec, luxury interior decoration, tasteful combination of furnishings, exploration of color and choice of materials, which you can touch and feel. The design objective was to simultaneously create a highly positive environment, emotional, desirable, creative, but also soothing, exuding an inner peace and confidence.

The house is airy and literally lit with light that goes in mainly from its large balcony, an extension of the living room.
Its solar exposition is perfect with direct sunlight in the balcony and living room from 12 PM to Sunset.

In the morning the East facing windows let in that special morning-yellow light and freshness.

From a central Hall, on one side, the Kitchen, modern, fully equipped with all electric appliances, cooking sets, china, cutlery, etc.

On the other site, the two rooms, one Suite and a double room.
The Suite is the epitome of peace and tranquility. We value highly our guest’s restful nights.
The Suite also has two large glass doors that open directly to the West Balcony, enabling that most beautiful of morning things, to let the light come in and fully experience the morning’s Atlantic fresh air.

The Double room faces East and used a more eclectic mix of color creating a more vibrant ambience, but equally comfy and restful.

The Dinning and Living Room is large and spacious with the feeling of a Luxury colonial Beach house where you experience an eclectic mix of ethnic, modern and classy, materials and furniture, achieving lightness and comfort. You can feel how the different materials and colors interplay to create an exciting design.

The apartment has two bathrooms, each with its own luxury detailing and comfort.

Every division has AC, which can be used to heat or cool the apartment.

Parking and convenience

We have 1 indoor parking spot at the disposal of our guests. A direct elevator can take our guests and their belongings securely and discreetly from the indoor parking to the apartment, making convenience a hallmark. A remote control supplied to our guests opens and closes the garage door.
Parking outside the condominium is also possible with many spots available and its both free (there are no parking meters) and secure.

The Condominium, The Garden and Swimming Pool

This is a private condominium with security.
The area in which its located is of such high tranquility that transform this Condominium and address, as ‘The Address’ to Live in Lagos. Its one of Lagos best kept secrets.
The number of apartments is not high and the tranquility of the condo, the garden and the swimming pool is of a rare quality. The owners and inhabitants are mostly foreigners, very quiet and respectful.
At the time it was build, not too long ago, it was one of the most expensive Luxury condos in Lagos.
The beauty of the gardens and the pool area are pure perfection. Additionally to the location, the quality of the maintenance is of a very high standard.

Neighbourhood

This neighbourhood is definitely upmarket and a favorite for many people. It's up the hill behind the Marina so it's a bit posh.

This area of Lagos is super quiet and tranquil. The roads here are only for the locals.
Away from the buzz and noise - but close to all important things.
It's also a very secure location.

There's something special to live uphill and go down when you go to the centre or to the beach. It's a special feeling when you see so many other people who live uphill doing the beautiful walk down the hill.

Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, the beach Meia Praia, or the city centre, they are all a few minutes away, walking.

The entire area is great for kids to play. Friendly and safe.
