A really nice spacious and bright 3-bedroom apartment in Lagos. This is the perfect apartment for a family.
The apartment is located in Lagos, Algarve, at the entrance of Lagos. It’s right at the square with the boat fountain. It faces the river, right next to the municipal swimming pool.
The area is fantastic. It’s right in Lagos, by the main road and a mere 10 min walking to the city center and yet its super quiet and relaxed in the apartment. Just in front you have this very beautiful green marsh that make up the river margins and the river itself, the bridge that crosses into Lagos and a super beautiful view of Lagos entrance and countryside.
Just in from there’s some wood pathways to explore along the river and the municipal swimming pool which brings a modern well suited architectural feeling to the area.
The apartment is very spacious and very well decorated creating an environment of comfort, coziness, lightness, freshness and beach vibe. In this apartment you feel yourself. There is light, but not too much. There is a breeze but not too much. The insulation is also wonderful due to this apartment’s location within the building. It never gets cold in winter and it’s fresh in summer.
But we also have AC in the living room and heating in all the rooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard equipments.
The living room has a medium size balcony. The kitchen has another medium-small size balcony and it’s square shape is wonderful, perfect for daily breakfast with a fresh breeze and a beautiful view.
The three bedrooms (one is a suite), all of them very big and spacious, are all facing west and get plenty of sun all afternoon.
In the kitchen there’s sun all morning, and in the living room during some hours in the afternoon.
It’s a wonderful environment throughout in the apartment.
The apartment also has a perfect interior layout – it’s very easy to move about.
Parking is free just outside the home and there’s always free spots. We also have 1 indoor parking spot and a huge parking box that can fit two cars or store whatever needed.
Lagos as a location to live is absolutely wonderful. In my opinion, compared with other locations in Algarve it ranks #1. It has a dense, unique and authentic culture and nature has blessed the area with stunning cliffs, viewpoints and picturesque beaches. In terms of restaurants and bistros Lagos has a very vibrant scene and community with many trendy and historic spots that are very hard to fault. You’re absolutely spoilt for choice.
And many, many more things that make Lagos simply stunning to live in!
The apartment is currently rented.

A beautiful apartment well located with beautiful views. It’s very comfortable also and hugely spacious, with nice lighting and air circulation. We’re a couple, me and my Husband Carlos. We stayed for 3 months and the apartment was just great, we experienced no issues. Difficult to leave in the end.. Highly recommended. Thank you Sergio for all the support and help during our stay!
