Verified users : All users verified with profile photo, email, phone number and ID.
We evaluate all hosts. We add CHECKED to a listing if we have concluded the host to be trustworthy.
This means real and legitimate private individuals or legitimate businesses who can be trusted.
We conduct a series of verifications to evaluate host trustworthiness.
We may ask property documentation to the host.
Furthermore, if we’re not convinced with the information available : we visit the property and meet the host in person.
Approved Information :
We approve each listing.
Video tours are also reviewed and approved.
We place CHECKED in the listing.
We give this classification to properties that have a great price for their location, design and features.
This banner is given to properties which have a unique proposition. You almost won’t find anything else like it.
This classification will be given to hosts which are responsive, caring, provide good support, have great reviews from guests, and use our marketplace regularly.
