Trustworthy hosts
We evaluate all hosts. We make sure there’s no fake hosts or listings.
We conduct a series of verifications to evaluate host trustworthiness. We add Checked to a listing if we have concluded the host is real and trustworthy, such as legitimate private individuals or legitimate businesses.
Other approved Information: listings, photos and video tours.

Call us. The process is done online, on our platform, but we can assist like a traditional real estate company.
Deposit
The deposit is paid with your booking and for your security remains with Tren-di (is not given to the host).
You get it back at the end of your stay.
Documents
If required by the host, submit them at booking request.
If needed, please consult documents.

Submit a video if the host is requesting it.
